Ingredients :
100 gm--Spinach
100 gm.--Carrots
200 gm.---Curds
1 teaspoon ---Sugar
1/2 tea spoon ---Cumin Powder
Salt & green chilies ---To taste
Grated coconut & coriander leaves as garnish.
Method :
Wash Spinach, Carrots & coriander leaves.
Cut green chillies fine; grate the Carrots. Cook the chopped spinach for 5
min in minimum water.
Mix the cooked spinach, carrots add salt, cumin powder and green chili.
When cool, add curds, sugar & mix them well. Top with grated coconut and
coriander leaves. Serve chilled.
Nutritional Merits :
A delicious and pleasing side-dish to any meal. Full of vitamins & major
minerals in a palatable form. |
