| OPPORTUNITY |
| Picture yourself in the middle of
an empty field with nothing but a black curtain.
You do not know what is on the other side of that
curtain. All you know is that you no longer want
to be on that empty field. The challenge is that
you have always lived in that empty field therefore,
you feel safe. You may be telling yourself that
you are really waiting for an opportunity to get
out but it never happens. One day you got tired
and said to yourself, "I can't take this anymore,
I have to get out of here." Your only choice is
to go through the black curtain. The moment you
do, you notice that behind that curtain there are
three doors. That means three different opportunities.

| Feeling more courageous
now, you open one of the doors only to find out
that behind that door are seven new doors which
means seven completely different opportunities.
The more doors you open, the more opportunities
arises in your life. All of a sudden your life changes
from an empty field to a field full of choices and
opportunities. You feel joy and happiness because
of what you have discovered. Yet, at the same time,
you feel sad because the fear of going through that
curtain had prevented you from all the wonderful
gifts life had in store for you throughout the years. |
| All the abundance life has to offer
is waiting for you. Every single one of your dreams
are just a few doors away. All you need to do is
to take the first step and open the first door.

THE MESSAGE
|
| Settling for second best or finding
ourselves immobilized in a current situation can
make us feel stuck in life. It could be a present
job, a worsening personal relationship, whatever
the case may be. This usually happens because of
fear of the unknown. Our fear is reinforced by the
illusion of a material realm that can only be perceived
through our physical senses. For most people the
inability to see opportunities before hand makes
them scared. What we have to understand is that
opportunities are out there waiting for us to make
a move. |
| That black curtain filled with doubt
and fear is nothing but an imaginary shield that
prevents people from seeing the opportunities and
the infinite choices they have. Life is a wonderful
journey. As we move forward, life creates new paths.
The moment we stop growing, we return to that empty
field. If fear of the unknown does not allow you
to take a step towards the realization of your dreams,
just remember these words by Goethe: |
| Until one is committed, there is
hesitancy, the chance to draw back, always ineffectiveness.
Concerning all acts of creation, there is one elementary
truth-the ignorance of which kills countless ideas
and splendid plans: that the moment one definitely
commits oneself, then Providence moves, too. All
sorts of things occur to help one that would otherwise
not have occurred. A whole stream of events issues
from the decision raising in one's favor all manner
of unforeseen incidents and meetings and material
assistance, which no man would have dreamed would
come their way. Whatever you can do, or dream you
can, begin it now. Boldness has genius, power and
magic in it. |
