Preparation
time: 10 minutes, Cooking time:30 minutes 1/2 litre milk
Coarsely chop the nuts, add to dates and mix.
Cook till thick and pulpy or till the mixture reaches porridge like consistency. Serves: 6. This recipe
is delicious and nutritious due to high fiber and being free from
processed sugar.
